With over twenty years of experience in the legal sector, Fiona Kirkman is a recognised authority in family law and mediation. Leveraging her extensive expertise, she guides families through complex property and parenting matters, always striving to achieve resolution without court.

Motivated by her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of families, Fiona applies a problem-solving approach to every aspect of family law and mediation. She is dedicated to being approachable and efficient, leveraging technology to streamline processes and help clients avoid protracted and costly court proceedings.


Fiona is also passionate about educating the next generation of lawyers and mediators as a lecturer with the Law Society of NSW and spearheads AI initiatives in legal technology as Head of Legal Innovation and Engagement at CORTO.

 

Honoured with the Women In Law Awards 2023 - Thought Leader of the Year, Fiona balances her demanding career with quality time spent with her family, cavoodle puppies and enjoys tennis, snow skiing, and bushwalking.

Collaborative practice is a structured resolution pathway where court is not an option. Our coach-led process enables you to be supported by professionals through a series of meetings to reach resolution.

Assistance in the application for divorce to formalise the end of your marriage and help you dot the 'i's and cross the 't's' to finalise and move forward with your life.

Formalising agreements for financial, parenting, and/or child support matters for parties who have reached agreement between themselves and/or in mediation. We also offer independent legal advice sessions. These services are available for non-mediation clients.
